Frequently Asked Questions

Before you email me, please read carefully the questions that are listed here. They might answer for your already :) Just remember that I am trying to keep the questions as less personal as possible. The purpose of this site is to inform people about Apocripha/0, not a personal life.

Q: When was the birth of Diadeem?
A: Exactly March 26, 2003

Q: What does "Diadeem" mean?
A: The original word is "diadem", which means "crown"

Q: How did you come to know Apocripha/0?
A: Nova introduced it to me, and I got addicted by the scanlations of the manga.

Q: May I submit a fanwork?
A: YES! Most definitely! In fact, it will be the BEST thing for Diadeem and for the whole Apocripha/0 community! Please please please submit :) Just remember to read the submission guidelines.

Q: How often do you update Diadeem?
A: As soon as there ARE things to update! Such as fan submission or news about Apocripha/0 or new links.

Q: Do I need to email you to link Diadeem?
A: No, the site is link-free. Go ahead and link this site if you like.

Q: Do you do link exchanges? What type of links do you take?
A: Of course, any Apocripha/0 sites, whether it's informative or an art archive. Diadeem also link some other BL games links for those interested in other BL games too. If you have any of those, I will be happy to link them up. Apocripha/0 sites or any type of BL games (general or specific).

Q: What about affiliates?
A: Probably only Apocripha/0 or BL related sites. Maybe by my request only too ^^;

Q: How come there are no *CG* displayed?
A: Azusa Yuhki specifically emailed us and requested to take down the CGs because we did not have "permission" to use them... Since they are still illustrations, "reusing artworks w/o permission" is infringing her rights. Even Japanese fans emailed us. I honestly don't understand why using official arts and giving copyrights to the right creators is such a big fuss for them. But yes, that's the reason.

Q: Why do you still have the site up then? You know A/0 cannot spread too far without any CG samples.
A: Yes, but I rather *have* some English A/0 community than none at all. Even more, A/0 are disappearing /because/ of that incident. At least Diadeem can still provide details about the series and advertise it to some extent. Besides, if it is 90% fan-made (including the layout), it may encourage fans to draw fanarts and write fanfics :)

Q: What happened to Diadeem Project that caused it?
A: To summarize what has happened, Diadeem Project violated copyright by using CG from the game to make graphics and layout, and because they are still considered 'artwork', we used them without the artist's (Azusa Yuhki) permission. Not only that, since Apocripha/0 is also Stack Software's property of profit use, distributing or using them is considered 'copyright violation'. Information is provided by Kai-sama (arigatou!).I know it is hard for us foreign fans to understand this point, since we always give credits and right copyrights to the rightful creators when we use certain official arts for graphics. It is also something new for me to get used to as well, but you know, I prefer to follow their rules rather than having one less Apocripha/0 community, you know? :) I'm sure we A/0 fans can create a large fan community even without the official CGs!

Q: Is there any way I can help?
A: #1 - Fanwork! By contributing your fanwork, it will be the best help ever to Diadeem! If you also have any news or information related to Apocripha/0 that you want to share, I can put it in the "Recent News" section.

Q: Where can I leave my comments?
A: In the guestbook. :) Sign onegai?

Q: I have a question unlisted here.
A: Please email me then.
