Apocripha/0 PANDORA - Sequel of A/0 [UPDATED!]
magazine scan {added on 11/20/05}
The plot has already been decided, so it will be published at around February (most likely there'll be extension, as it doesn't seem like it's enough time, but who knows ^_^;;). It is basically the story about the two princes of Heaven (gasp!). During the endless disputes in heaven, six angels created two new "God's" (muahaha, that's why they both resemble Platina, as Platina took the image of God as well). But some time after, one of the princes fell into Naraku (not sure why), and the story revolves around other prince's decision of going into Naraku to rescue his brother(?). The fallen prince ended up at a certain area in Naraku, and the war between heaven and Naraku broke out as well. This time the differences of the two worlds are more explicitly emphasized.
Princes Alex and Platina's duty in the game is still a secret. But, when you start playing the game you may get the impression "ahh, in such case, they need not to make an appearance in the game". The six angels take roles of subordinates, and they have the same duties as the previous subordinates. And because the angels' characters do pertain some relations with the previous game, Jade's relative will also show up (this is odd yet interesting... will the angel be brother? don't say it's his dad...||||)
The previous game's motif is "feather", this time it is a "rose". If this is a angel story, mind as well be God's story as well. And maybe they might put more graphical group attacks in the events.
The original and "PANDORA" both have the same theme of "being with a person similar to yourself". "If there is someone else similar to myself, then even if it isn't me, is it still alright?" that kind of feeling that many people would experience. "If there is something that is able to replace my existence, it doesn't matter if I'm not here, right?" would be one character's thoughts. At such time, one character would think, "No, if it isn't me, it is not right", and another "it's okay if it's not me" character who gives up easily. (most obvious would be SxA). What kind of conclusions would these coupling bring?
Since the stage takes on in Heaven, there are more Christian concepts being conveyed here, like the "7 Deadly Sins" would have to appear. And then, this time, there will be betrayals again, but in a manner differing from the original game. How to forgive the person that betrayed, how was he forgiven, those types of themes.
